Water Mixing System (KEC-HS280 Water Mixing Temperatur Control System)
1. Product Summary:
KEC-HS280 water mixing temperature control system (hereinafter called water mixing system) is mainly used to control the water heating system in the business, industrial and civil constructions. Water mixing system realizes the accurate and fast control of circulating water temperature of pipes by controlling the mixing ratio of the supply water from boiler (or centralized heating water) and return water of pipes, to create an energy-saving, comfortable environment.
Cotrolling Principle: When the hot boiler water (or centralized heating water) flows into water mixing system, the central controller of water mixing system measures the temperature of supply water by supply water sensor, and confirm the mixing proportion of the supply water and return water according to the current return water temperature (measured by return water sensor) and the temperature of mixing water set by users. Then the central controller measures the temperature of mixing water by mixing water temperature sensor, to judge the current mixing proportion accurately by thermostatic central controller. Water mixing system gives out the PID action instruction about how to control the mixing proportion of mixing water according to the actual situation and changing trend, to realize the control of precision and trend.
